These terms govern the use of the Recepti - What Should I Cook? application, provided by SNOUTY LTD, UIC 208166129. By using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Purpose of the app

The app provides recipes, meal plans, estimated nutrition, promotions, and shopping-planning assistance. Some content is generated automatically using artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies.

Always verify ingredients, quantities, allergens, and safe cooking times and temperatures. The app does not provide medical, dietary, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional regarding allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, or a special diet.

Promotions and prices

Promotions, prices, validity periods, and availability are informational and come from public sources provided by supermarket chains. Delays, regional differences, technical errors, or sold-out products may occur. Check the final price, validity, and availability with the official source or store before purchasing. SNOUTY LTD is not affiliated with the listed supermarket chains unless expressly stated otherwise.

Free and Premium access

Free access includes a limited number of AI generations. Premium provides up to 200 primary AI generations per calendar month, together with additional daily, technical, and fair-use safeguards. Current features, price, billing period, and offer conditions are shown before purchase in the app and in the applicable App Store or Google Play storefront.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store settings before the end of the current period. A seven-day free trial for the annual plan is available only when the store confirms user eligibility. Apple or Google manages billing, purchase restoration, cancellations, and refunds under its applicable rules.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, to circumvent limits, to perform automated bulk extraction, to violate third-party rights, or to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data. We may temporarily restrict access in cases of abuse, security risk, or necessary technical maintenance.

Content and intellectual property

The app, design, trademarks, and original content are protected by applicable law. You retain rights to content you enter or capture. You grant us a limited right to process submitted data only to provide, protect, and improve the functionality you request.

Availability and liability

We may update the app and these terms when features, providers, or applicable law change. Material changes will be published on the official website. You may stop using the app at any time and manage your subscription through Apple or Google.

Governing law

The laws of the Republic of Bulgaria apply, without limiting mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your country of habitual residence.
