Contact us
Email support@snouty.ai and describe what happened, the device you use, and the installed app version. Do not send passwords, banking credentials, or full payment-card information.
Subscriptions and purchases
Apple App Store or Google Play manages purchases. If an active subscription is not recognized, first use Restore Purchases on the Premium screen. Use the applicable store settings to cancel, change a plan, or request a refund.
Access or deletion requests
To request access to or deletion of backend data, email support@snouty.ai with the subject "Personal data". We may request limited additional information needed to locate the anonymous record. Uninstalling the app removes local data but does not automatically delete purchase records or technical backend records.
Important information
AI recipes and nutritional values are estimates. Verify allergens, quantities, and safe food preparation. Prices and promotions may vary by store or region; confirm them with the official source before purchasing.
